DESCRIPTION:
Organic black Beluga lentils are one of the most interesting varieties of lentils. The name Beluga refers to the caviar to which black lentils are very similar. Beluga is perfect as an addition to soups, stews and savory snacks. It goes well with salads and vegetable dishes.
PREPARATION METHOD
Boil previously rinsed lentils in the proportion of 1: 2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 45 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
